Rejuvenate your Mind, Body, and Soul with a peaceful guided meditation. Meditation provides scientifically proven benefits such as increased focus, reduced anxiety, stress and depression as well as many others. Give yourself this time to help release tensions and stress, while filling you with the love, support and wholeness you need for the week ahead!
Class will begin at 6:45. Meditation will conclude with the option for you to sit in your relaxed state and /or journal your experience. Followed by a short break where you can decide to stay and take a deeper dive into your meditation journey with like minded people, or depart to return back to your life feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!. $15 includes entire class. No experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat if you prefer it to a chair.
